John is a Chartered Surveyor and together with Andrew Templeton, a founding partner of Sanderling Estates LLP.

Previously, they had established LTL which traded several million pounds worth of properties.

John is also an active partner of two joint venture vehicles, Early Bird and Cascade Estates, which have traded over £20 million over the past 3 years, and John and Andrew had already found success together with the Ptarmagan Partnership, a bespoke Property Investment Vehicle.

Before that, John was a founding Director of SFG Properties Ltd, a small investment company which built up a portfolio of some 30 properties over 3 years and was eventually sold to a consortium of Irish investors for close to £75 million.

John has been in the business since 1984, and has experience with companies including Richard Ellis, Chesterton and Jones Lang Wootton.
