Sanderling Estates have been nominated in the prestigious Scottish Property Awards for 2009. The outstanding potential of the new fund has been recognised in the category for “Best Up And Coming Property Business”.

To have achieved this level of recognition less than a year after opening for business is a major endorsement of what the fund seeks to achieve.

The Awards will be decided at the Scottish Property Awards Dinner to be held at the EICC on 13th May.
